Transparent Governance The Council is constituted under the Syrian system governing joint business councils and includes an Administrative Board (Majlis Idara) with defined responsibilities for planning, execution, and reporting. The President and Vice-Presidents are nominated by the Syrian Economic Minister, ensuring official standing.

Financial Integrity We adhere to strict financial principles to maintain our non-profit mission. Funds are used only to serve SGBC’s objectives, and no member receives direct personal financial benefit from Council funds. With proper accounting and audit requirements in place, SGBC stands as a credible gateway for responsible engagement between Syria and Germany.
